Description
I love searching for photo scenes the day before a full moon, since the moon rises just before the sun sets. This one is a perigee moon: When the moon is closest to earth in its oval rotation, which happens about every 18 years. It is 14% bigger and looks about 30% brighter. The bird helped me out, adding some extra life and nature to the scene. And I like the way spanish moss decorates trees in Florida. This was at a little neighborhood park about a mile from our Tampa home.
