They are at the Republic of Texas Restaurant/Nightclub. In the backround, in addition to the moon, is the Tower of Americas; and the orange sculpture on the left is the Torch of Friendship, which Mexico presented to San Antonio as a beacon of U.S. and Mexico ties.
