Description
This photograph is taken in Cyclades islands, Greece.
On of the most well known characteristics of the Cycladic architecture is the white sculptural shapes which adapt nicely to the ground; it is a humble and simplistic, clean style. The shapes are fluid, as typical plastered walls are slightly inclined, a feature that further alleviates the sharpness of the cubic spaces and makes them even more adaptable to the environment.
